Selected Artwork & Illustration

by Tamara Belland

Creativity has been a lifelong thread running through my work as an artist, singer, writer, filmmaker, and now, as an IFS (Internal Family Systems)-informed coach. Whether I'm painting a portrait, illustrating a story, developing a new program, or helping someone discover their own creative path, I'm interested in producing work that invites curiosity, connection, and possibility.

Since childhood, I’ve experienced my own share of creative blocks and periods of uncertainty. IFS has been a valuable tool for understanding those inner conflicts with curiosity and compassion, leading to a more open flow of creativity. Having experienced this process personally, I'm now excited to share it with others who are seeking to reawaken or reconnect with their own creative spirit.

I believe everyone is creative, even if they don't believe they are. Being creative can include painting pictures and writing songs. It can also be about finding new ways to solve problems, imagining possibilities, building meaningful relationships, and creating a life that reflects who you truly are.

As our world changes, our own creativity becomes even more important. Technology can be a wonderful partner, but people, unlike AI, can keep growing, learning, and discovering ideas that arise from their own unique experiences. Those ideas can enrich not only their own lives, but the lives of others as well.

Through my own journey with creativity, I've learned that it is always waiting to come to fruition if we're willing to do our part. I love helping others rediscover that part of themselves that enjoys creating in whatever way brings them more fully alive.

The pieces below were created during different seasons of my creative life so far. Together they reflect the imagination, observation, and love of storytelling that continue to shape my work today.

If this portfolio has stirred something in you—a dream, an idea, or simply a desire to become more creative—I'd love to help you explore it. Feel free to reach out through my Contact form.

Thank you for visiting, and may your own creativity continue to grow.
