I've learned that creativity isn't simply about making things. Sometimes it's about discovering what wants to emerge—and finding the courage and freedom to follow it.

Sometimes the biggest obstacle isn't a lack of ideas. It's something happening inside us. Something that may be getting in our way.

IFS-Informed Creativity Coaching

I may use an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approach to help you become curious about the different parts of yourself that show up around creativity—the critic, the perfectionist, the cautious one, the dreamer, the playful one, and so on.

Rather than trying to silence those parts, we can become curious about them.
